The Defense Intelligence Agency is soliciting bids for an open source news feed (Solicitation Number: HHM402-15-R-0104). The due date for bids/proposals is August 27 at 3:00pm Eastern Time.
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is committed to providing timely, tailored, all-source intelligence analysis to myriad customers across the operational spectrum. DIA is also committed to the continuing development of a library of static international digital photos to produce current and crisis intelligence in support of the agency analysts.
Objective: To provide static international photos with English language captions and associated metadata and text based articles.
Scope: Provide continuous open source international image feed and metadata in support of DIA; 365 days/year 24 hours/day.
