DIA announces upcoming Industry Day

On June 23, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, announced the DIA Director’s 3rd quarterly Industry Day.
The Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Innovation Office (INO) is pleased to announce the Director’s 3rd Quarterly Industry Day which will be held on August 2-3, 2017 in the agency’s Innovation Hub (iHUB) at DIA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. This Industry Day will focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Industry Day is designed to find new capabilities and business processes from the private sector and academia and introduce them to DIA in our collaborative iHUB enviornment.
DIA welcomes vendors and academia to participate beginning June 30, 2017 by submitting white papers in accordance with the NeedipeDIA* submission criteria “NEED 99-Other” found on the DIA web portal; http://www.dia.mil/Business/Needipedia.asprx and FedBizOps at http://www.fbo.gov.
*DIA uses NeedipeDIA as the mechanism to communicate mission needs to innovators by leveraging an existing Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) that streamlines the acquisition process.
