DARPA issues RFI for classified network support services
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) issued a request for information (RFI) on January 13 (solicitation number DARPA-SN-15-23) on contractor capabilities for classified IT support services. Interested contractors should submit reponses no later than February 13, 2015 at 12:00pm EST.
DARPA has a requirement for a Contractor to provide and manage the full range of classified Information Technology (IT) services, support, and infrastructure necessary to support DARPA and implement the DARPA IT strategic direction and operational objectives which will evolve over the course of the contract. DARPA’s specific requirements are outlined in accordance with the attached preliminary Statement of Work (SOW).
Provide a brief capability statement that describes company qualifications and clearly identifies the following: Company name, cage code, Dun and Bradstreet Number, Company Address, Point of Contact name, Phone Number, and E-mail address.
Please ensure the following are addressed in your capability statement:
- A high level description of the Unified Cross Domain Services Management Office (UCDSMO), or Department of Defense/Intelligence Community (DoD/IC) Cross Domain Service Element (CDSE) certified solution to meet the requirements of the Multi-Level Domain (MLD).
- If your solution is not currently certified by the UCDSMO or a DoD/IC CDSE to meet the MLD requirements, what actions are needed to complete the accreditation and what is the timeframe to complete those actions?
- How many distinct classified program accesses (tri-graphs) can the MLD system support?
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework process and controls for Certification and Accreditation requirements.
In addition to submission of a capabilities statement, contractors are asked to submit comments, questions, or suggestions that the Government may take into consideration in the finalization of its requirements.
