Constellation West hires Pam Flail as director of business development for federal civilian affairs
Cybersecurity and technology contracting firm Constellation West of Fairfax, VA announced November 13 that it has hired Pam Flail as director of business development for federal civilian affairs. In this role, Flail is responsible for developing, maturing, capturing, and managing new business opportunities.
“Pam is a tremendous addition to the Constellation West team, and we welcome her as an experienced new team member,” said Lisa Wolford, president and CEO of Constellation West. “We greatly value her deep knowledge of the government services industry and know she will be an asset as we continue to grow in the federal civilian sector, among both our current and new customers.”
As the lead on growing business for Constellation West in the federal civilian sector, Flail will provide business development support specific to that sector and guide Constellation West’s efforts toward achieving goals in that arena. Her primary responsibilities will include strategic planning, business capture and proposal support, program management, and pipeline development, the firm said.
Before joining Constellation West, Flail was director of staff augmentation for the All Native Group, the government services division of Ho-Chunk Inc. She was also formerly director of program development for SCI Consulting Inc. and director of business development for several companies, including CALNET Inc., DynCorp International and DRS Technical Services Inc.
