Compusearch and TopVue Defense announce merger

Compusearch 112Compusearch® of Dulles, VA and TopVue Defense, Inc. of Clearfield, UT announced on January 13 the completion of the merger of the two companies. The combined organization will deliver TopVue’s DoD-proven program management applications in conjunction with Compusearch’s® PRISM™, the acquisition management system widely used by the Federal Government, and SpectrumCLM™, the DFARS-compliant contract management solution for government contractors.

The addition of TopVue’s patented dynamic-database technology, which accelerates software development and configuration, to Compusearch’s PRISM™ and SpectrumCLM™ will enable greater collaboration and coordination between DoD Program Offices and the acquisition and contractor communities, the companies said.

“We are excited about how the combination of our two businesses will help DoD deliver on its major programs efficiently and effectively through greater automation, transparency, and control,” said Reid Jackson, CEO of Compusearch.

“Bringing our Program Office specific solutions, including CDRLvue, CMvue, PMvue, and Riskvue into a combined offering with the leading solution for ‘Big A’ acquisition management will help our customers maintain situational awareness and control over their program execution, funding, and contracts status,” added Bill Farr, Founder and CEO of TopVue.

The companies will maintain their operations in Dulles, VA, Clearfield, UT, and at DoD client sites around the globe.
