Coast Guard seeks ISR systems support services

On July 11, the United States Coast Guard released a sources sought notice for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems Management Support Services (Solicitation Number: HSCG23-17-I-RJ6013). Responses are due no later than 2:00pm on August 10.

This Sources Sought is being published to identify potential sources capable of providing technical support to assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems Management Division in providing technical authority oversight for C5ISR Network acquisitions and integration in collaboration with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component partners to include Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customers and Border Protection (CBP).  Tasks are divided into three categories:

Aviation Systems Development Process
System Sustainment (maintenance and upgrades)
Technical Support

Any interested party shall submit a capability statement by the closing date of this announcement and will be considered by the agency for the purposes of determining whether to hold a competition or proceed with a non-competitive action.

Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary.  Respondents shall not submit any proprietary information when responding to this notice.  Respondents shall also note that the Government will not return any information submitted in response to this notice.  No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of Contractor submission of responses, or the Government’s use of such information.  The information obtained from responses from this Sources Sought may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP.
