Call for proposals now open for Red Hat Summit 2015
Red Hat, Inc., of Raleigh, NC, announced on November 20 that the call for proposals is now open for the eleventh annual Red Hat Summit, to be held June 23-26, 2015, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Red Hat Summit brings together a global audience to discuss innovations shaping the next generation of IT infrastructures.
According to the company, this year’s Red Hat Summit 2015 will feature visionary keynotes along with hands-on training and labs, interactive sessions, live demos, networking opportunities, panels, and partner showcases. The sessions will vary in technical difficulty, from analyst-led sessions and customer panels meant for a business audience, to labs, demos, and accelerated training courses designed for a highly technical audience.
Red Hat is currently accepting speaking submissions in the following categories:
- Application and data integration
- Application and platform infrastructure
- Application development
- Business and IT strategy alignment
- Cloud deep dive
- Cloud readiness
- Community and partner ecosystem
- Emerging technologies
- IT efficiency
- Taste of training
- Town hall (panels)
The deadline to submit speaking proposals is January 7, 2015. Selected speakers will be notified in March 2015, and registration for Red Hat Summit 2015 is scheduled to open in March 2015.
