Blue Delta invests in Herrick
On April 10, Blue Delta Capital Partners, a Tysons, VA based venture capital firm focused on the federal government market, announced that it has invested $25 million in Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc. (HTL), a market leading provider of Software Defined Radio (SDR) and related SIGINT (signals intelligence) and EW (electronic warfare) solutions.
“We are thrilled to partner with Blue Delta and have them join our team. Their investment will allow us to accelerate fielding the cutting-edge SIGINT and EW products and solutions that we provide to U.S. government defense and intelligence customers, as well as our nation’s allies,” said Acie Vickers, CEO and co-founder of HTL. He added, “This investment will also further enhance our ability to execute strategic tuck-in acquisitions.”
Blue Delta co-founder Mark Frantz said, “Acie and his team are building something special at HTL and we are flattered to become a part of their team. They are proven entrepreneurs and they are doing it again at HTL. Their unique products and solutions are vital to the nation’s missions, and we are excited to help scale the company during this critical time in world affairs.”
