Army posts sources sought for NETCOM, DoDIN IT support
On June 6, the U.S. Army posted a sources sought notice for NETCOM IT support (Solicitation Number: W91QUZ-17-R-G6IT). Responses are due by 9:00am MST on June 13.
The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Abderdeen Proving Ground (APG), on behalf of The United States Army, Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM)/G/6 Army Enterprise IT Services, Planning and Engineering), is seeking information on capable business sources that can support for IT support to NETCOM and NETCOM supported organizations for Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) hardware, software, data, applications, tools, systems used by the Army.
The Contractor shall provide non-personal Information Technology (IT) services supporting the United States Army, Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Contractor support will primarily be required in the NETCOM Headquarters, subcommand organizations and other NETCOM supported locations. The Contractor shall provide Army Enterprise SharePoint Service (AES2) IT support to NETCOM and NETCOM supported organizations for Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) hardware, software, data, applications, tools, systems used by the Army. The Contractor shall provide direct support to NETCOM with business operations, Cybersecurity, Knowledge Management (KM), Army Enterprise Service Ownership/Development and Capability Management, plus Content Management requirements. The Contractor shall provide support in accordance with (IAW) industry best practices as delineated in frameworks such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Contractor AES2 support is required in all NETCOM managed Army DoDIN enclaves including Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) environments.
