Army posts small business solicitation for SAGE support
On August 10, the U.S. Army posted a solicitation for Situational Awareness Geospatially Enabled (SAGE) support. Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm CST on September 9. This solicitation is a small business set-aside.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research Development Center, Geospatial Research Laboratory has a requirement for enhancement, development, and training support of the Situational Awareness Geospatially Enabled (SAGE) tool set currently in use by the Distributed Common Ground System – Army program.
The current support is being received through an Army Geospatial Center (AGC) contract that is due to expire 24 September 2016.
This solicitation is for the continued Sage support for an approximate six (6) month period of performance to avoid a lapse in service and provide adequate lead time to compete a support contract for a base year and multiple option years.
This solicitation is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, which has a small business size standard of $15 million.
