Army needs support for its Persistent Surveillance and Dissemination System of Systems (PSDS2)

The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (IEW&S) is conducting a market survey to identify potential suppliers that can provide operations, sustainment, engineering, logistics, configuration management, training and other support for its PSDS2 system.
“PSDS2 is a Full Motion Video (FMV) system and architecture that ingests video from sensors into a centralized location to support persistent surveillance, video exploitation, dissemination and archiving,” says an Army notice. “PSDS2 is a Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) that has been fielded since 2005.”
The Army envisions a 24-month cost-plus fixed fee contract. The government anticipates maiing am award in the second quarter of fiscal year 2016.
