Army issues RFI for ELINT on Guardrail RC-12X+

On May 5, the Army Contracting Command posted a Request for Infomration (RFI) for ELINT on Guardrail RC-12X+ (Solicitation Number: W56KGY-15-R-ELNIT-GRCS). Responses are due no later than May 20.

The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to identify potential sources with the technical capability and necessary resources to provide Program Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, and System Integration for the Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) subsystem for the Guardrail RC-12X+ program in support of Project Manager, Sensors – Aerial Intelligence, (PM SAI). Sources should have significant & proven experience and understanding of the requirements to design, build, integrate, test, support, and field ELINT capabilities for Army fixed wing aircraft application; development of the software/hardware infrastructure including the development of system level software code necessary to provide the flexibility of coordinated multi-INT operations to include cross-cueing with Full Motion Video.
