Army Intelligence Center of Excellence seeks help with training scenarios
On October 27, the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence issued a sources sought notice for role players and foreign language speakers. Brief capability statements are due no later than 11:00am (Arizona time) on Thursday, November 5.
In accordance with FAR 5.204, this is a pre-solicitation notice the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Huachuca Division in support of the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) acquisition for contractor support services to provide personnel to serve as role players and foreign language speakers/role players in the execution of training scenarios.
Training exercises will take place at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Role players and foreign language speakers/role players shall replicate people in given possible situations. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to determine if this effort can be competitive and/or a total small business set-aside.
The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUB Zone, and Women-Owned small businesses. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, which has a corresponding size standard of $15.0 Million. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.
All respondents capable of satisfying the requirements of the Performance Work Statement and DD 254 are requested to identify their firm’s size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide a capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability statement to fulfill the Government’s requirements. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not to exceed 4 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
