Army Intelligence Center of Excellence gathering info on 8(a) small business vendors
The U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence at Fort Huachuca in Arizona is conducting market research to identify possible 8(a) small business contractors that could support the Center’s directorate that is responsible for capabilities development and integration.
The selected vendor will provide “programmatic support and infrastructure” under what the Army Contracting Command envisions as a one-year base contract plus four one-year options.
According to a sources sought notice published on April 23, the chosen vendor would be expected to provide “threat analysis for all intelligence disciplines (human, signals, imagery, measurements and signatures, counterintelligence, open source, Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI), Forensics Enabled Intelligence (FEI), intelligence collection synchronization, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare (IEWS), Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI), Pursuit and Exploitation (P&E), foundational, and space-related intelligence initiatives).”
