Army Intelligence and Security Command posts RFI

Army ISC logo 112On February 25, the US Army Intelligence and Security Command posted the following request for information (RFI) for technical evaluation of systems with military applications including electro-optics, communications, electronic warfare, and denial and deception (solicitation number: W26MT95351001). Interested potential vendors should note that questions and comments to the RFI must be submitted by 1200 EST on March 12, 2015.

The Intelligence and Security Command Acquisition Center (IAC), National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Branch, is seeking information from industry that have the capability and expertise to perform technical evaluations of systems with military applications in the following technology areas: electro-optics, communications, electronic warfare, and denial and deception. This Request for Information (RFI) is classified and only cleared vendors will be able to access the entire RFI through the CLASSIFIED – NSA ARC (National Security Agency – Acquisition Research Center). Information on obtaining access to the classified NSA ARC may be found at the following website: https://www.nsaarc.net/Index.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the IAC NGIC Branch at this time is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI – all costs associated with this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit questions and comments on all aspects of the RFI. All questions and comments to the RFI must be submitted via the classified NSA ARC on or before 1200 EST on 12 Mar 2015.
