Army I2WD seeks cyber ops support

On February 3, the U.S. Army posted a request for information for Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) Cyber Operations/Offensive Cyber Operations – Cyber Operations. Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on March 5.

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center, Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, 21005 is requesting White Paper submissions to identify potential sources for research and development services in the area of Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) Cyber Operations/Offensive Cyber Operations – Cyber Operations.

The U.S. Army DEVCOM, C5ISR Center, I2WD intends for its subject matter experts to review submissions to gain knowledge of industry expertise and capabilities. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. The requested information is for planning and market research purposes only and will not be publicly released. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e) responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

This RFI by the U.S. Army seeks industry interest, feedback, and expertise for Science and Technology (S&T)/Research and Development (R&D) support of Cyberspace Operations (CO) technology development in the area of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO). Research and development services support is anticipated to be performed off-site at the contractor facility(s). This RFI is related to Broad Agency Announcement W56KGU-19-R-9999: Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA) Cyber Operations/Offensive Cyber Operations, sub-topic #1 Cyber Operations, which can be found here.

The details of specific research and development efforts, and technical requirements are classified at the SECRET//NOFORN level.
