On January 28, Reston, VA-based Aperio Global announced the acquisition and merger of Clifton Roland Watkins Innovation, LLC (CRWI) as of January 1, 2021. This process culminates the October 2019 acquisition of CRWI, an organization with deep expertise in custom software development, national security IT security and systems, and network design. The merger and acquisition are expected to trigger more than 300% in revenue growth across fiscal year 2021.
Aperio Global’s IT and cyber portfolios and CRWI’s unique innovative capabilities and seasoned workforce positions the dynamic organization for an expanded footprint in U.S. defense and intelligence customers. Aperio Global’s expertise in IT and cyber operations now extend to artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data computing, intelligence analysis, DevSecOps and tool development, the company said.
