Angie Casper named chief human resources officer at LMI
LMI announced on May 10 the addition of a new senior vice president position at its headquarters in Tysons, Virginia. Angie Casper joined the company in the newly created role of chief human resources officer as part of the corporate officer corps on January 2, 2017.
Casper has more than 25 years of experience as a human resources leader managing transformation and change. Before joining LMI, Casper served as senior vice president of HR for Cobham: Advanced Electronic Solutions. Prior to that position, she was vice president of human resources for Lockheed Martin’s defense business. Casper brings specific expertise to LMI’s growing aerospace and technology business.

Casper is responsible for overseeing several full-scale corporate initiatives such as career development revitalization and aligning new HR strategies and business processes to LMI’s strategic plan.
Casper has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a master’s degree in management from Antioch University, and a master’s degree in international human resources leadership from Rutgers University.
