Adm. Norman Hayes (ret.) joins SBG Technology Solutions to enhance intelligence and security capabilities

SBG Technology Solutions, an engineering and information technology service provider, is welcoming retired Rear Admiral Norman Hayes to its cadre of experts. Admiral Hayes will spearhead all efforts on intelligence and cyber security, and serve as a principal advisor to our customers.

Admiral Hayes maintains close relationships with the national and naval intelligence community and serves as the president of the Naval Intelligence Professionals Organization. Additionally, he serves on the board of governors for New Westminster College.

Admiral Hayes is an experienced international, national and regional strategist, integrator and analyst who has served at the highest levels of U.S national and international agencies. He served at the National Security Agency (NSA), Office of Naval Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency, and U.S. Special Operations Command. He possess exceptional skills in building trust across international teams, articulating a common vision, and building strategic execution models to achieve successful outcomes, says a press release issued by SBG.
