Alion names Gerry Decker as chief growth officer
Alion Science and Technology, of McLean, VA, announced on November 17 that Gerry Decker has joined the company as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this role, Decker will lead corporate strategy to drive revenue growth. He will also be engaged in bringing the company into non-traditional markets for its services, while also helping with new technology initiatives to expand the company’s range of solutions.
Decker’s background of executive leadership includes roles as President, COO, and SVP for Business Development at federally-focused companies, including DynCorp, CSC, McNeil Technologies, and AECOM. He has extensive experience working across the Federal Government, especially within the national security and intelligence communities.
