Teo announces distribution agreement with Ingram Micro
Teo Technologies, a Mukilteo, WA-based company that develops and manufactures industry-leading communications solutions for the commercial, government, defense and intelligence markets, announced on November 10 an agreement with Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 company that delivers a full spectrum of global technology and supply chain services to businesses around the world.
Under the U.S. agreement, Ingram Micro serves as a certified distribution partner for Teo’s Premise, Cloud and Hybrid technology and will help expand the vendor’s reach within the IT channel community and across key verticals. Teo’s Unified Communications, Call Center, and Contact Center Solutions cater to the SMB, mid-market, and enterprise spaces.
“Teo’s highly specialized solutions make it easier for channel partners to deploy a fully integrated unified communications solution on day one,” said Kevin Prewett, senior director, Ingram Micro Advanced Solutions. “Teo’s enterprise-grade technology and consumer-grade ease of use are a great addition to our growing portfolio of vertically-focused, advanced solutions and services.”
“The market for Unified Communications has become needlessly complicated with cloud first, cloud only, premise only, or hybrid only deployable solutions,” said Thomas Beck, vice president sales and marketing, Teo. “When manufacturers create products that are only focused on small business or only on enterprise business customers, channel partners face a daunting task in choosing who to work with. With Teo’s solution portfolio and Ingram Micro’s channel reach, that confusion is a remnant of the past. We predict a rapid acceleration in adoption of unified communications across business verticals and sizes. Working together will definitely help eliminate the barriers that companies have run up against in migrating to the mobile, multi-media, and ‘always on’ environment that the current workplace has become.”
