On August 10, Peraton announced the appointment of Ravi Dankanikote as its new chief growth officer (CGO). In his role, Dankanikote will spearhead Peraton’s enterprise growth strategy, lead business development across all markets, build and strengthen strategic customer relationships, and ensure alignment between the company’s capabilities and customer challenges, the company said.

With more than 30 years of experience in the federal contracting space—including senior executive roles at SAIC and CACI International— Dankanikote is known for cultivating high-performing teams, transforming growth cultures, and generating measurable, long-term value.
