On February 14, the Department of Homeland Security released the Threat Intelligence Enterprise Services (TIES) Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence (CTI) Other Transaction for Prototype Project (OTFPP) program solicitation. Solution briefs are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern on March 4.
This OTFPP program solicitation is being released to develop and establish a TIES CTI platform Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Please review the full announcement for a clear and concise description of government’s needs.
Questions relating to this solicitation are due no later than 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. The government anticipates responding to questions within 7 business days.
Written solution briefs ONLY as described in section 3.3 of this solicitation must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, March 4, 2024.
