On October 20, Everfox, the defense technology company delivering trusted mission data for decision advantage, announced it has been awarded a five-year, $90 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Army for its software, hardware and engineering support services.
The contract, awarded by Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is designed to streamline procurement and make it easier for Army customers to access Everfox solutions through direct, individual orders. This initiative directly aligns with broader Department of War directives to modernize and accelerate acquisition processes, ensuring that critical technologies reach mission operators more efficiently. It may also provide an avenue to support other Department of War customers, subject to their requirements and applicable contracting procedures.
“This contract vehicle gives Army customers a flexible way to access Everfox capabilities for a broad range of requirements, from secure information sharing to high-assurance engineering support,” said Ted Girard, Everfox chief revenue officer. “We look forward to helping Army teams protect and manage the data they need to execute their missions.”
The company’s Cross Domain Solutions are among the core offerings available through the contract, which can accommodate Everfox’s broader product and service portfolio as customer needs evolve. Everfox’s High Speed Guard helps securely manage high-volume data flows across classification levels and security domains, enabling authorized information sharing while protecting highly sensitive data.
Everfox expects the vehicle to support its work with key Army organizations, including those focused on tactical communications and next-generation command and control.
