Reston, VA-based Science Applications International Corp. announced on July 22 that it has been awarded a single-award firm-fixed price contract valued at about $89 million for IT support and command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) services to the U.S. Army Communications Information Systems Activity — Pacific (USACISA-P) in South Korea.
The contract has a nine-month base period of performance with four one-year options that may be exercised following the base performance.
“SAIC provides a strong solution set that is reliable and scalable, which will enable successful execution of mission-critical goals,” said Jim Scanlon, SAIC executive vice president and general manager of the Defense Systems Group. “We are proud to support our forward-deployed warfighters across the globe, and we look forward to supporting this customer.”
Tribalco will subcontract with SAIC on this work. This contract will provide forces from the United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and U.S. Forces Korea as end-users of USACISA-P with greater mission enablement, a continuous state of cyber-readiness, and exemplary service delivery.
