National Guard posts RFP for intelligence courses

On June 11, the U.S. Army National Guard posted a request for proposals for Technical Instruction Services for Introductory and Intermediate Intelligence Courses. Responses are due by 11:00 a.m. Central on July 11.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-18-R-0011, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98, effective 31 May 2018. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS code is 611699 and the small business size standard is $11 million.
Contractor shall provide Technical Instruction Services for an “Introductory to Intelligence for Law Enforcement” and an “Intermediate Intelligence: Connect the Dots” Course, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
