Fulcrum IT Services, LLC of Centreville, VA continues to bolster its Research and Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) solutions and services offerings as one of ten primes winning the US Army’s $480 million Deployable Adaptive Global Responder Support (DAGRS) IDIQ, the company announced October 24. DAGRS supports the US Army’s Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Communications Electronics Research Directorate (NVESD), and other government agencies.
“I’m pleased that Fulcrum has, once again, been recognized for its ability to provide our federal partners the research and development mission support that continues to set Fulcrum apart,” said Fulcrum Chief Executive Officer, Jeff Handy. “This award continues our long commitment to NVESD and its mission, and it allows us to continue to provide the unique solutions and services the DoD seeks to keep America’s warfighters ahead of their adversaries.”
DAGRS provides the US Army and other government agencies with a broad range of mission-tailored capabilities required for military responder missions, to include: Electronic and Electro-Optic Equipment, Software Design, Development and Integration, Mechanical Components and Systems, Systems Integration and Human Systems Interface, Energy Generation and Storage, Individual and Platform Protection, Individual Platform Lethality and Advanced Individual and Platform Mobility. The IDIQ also includes aspects of technical development and integration (R&D) activities such as prototype development, prototype integration, sub-system and system integration, equipment assessments, and operational integration.
The winning of DAGRS is part of Fulcrum’s overall strategic plan to continue to expand its R&D services and solutions offerings within the DoD and Intelligence Community and to expand its portfolio of services, while also continuing to support long-term federal partners, such as NVESD.
