MCIOC posts IODAS sources sought
On October 19, the United States Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) posted a sources sought notice for Information Operations Diversified Analytical Services (IODAS). Responses are due no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on November 1.
The Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) is seeking information for potential sources for Information Operations Diversified Analytical Services (IODAS).
This SOURCES SOUGHT is to conduct market research for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 541611, with a size standard of $15 million dollars and will only accept responses to the aforementioned NAICS Code.
This sources sought is to determine the availability and technical capability of all sources (including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide Analytical Services for MCIOC.
The objective of the Information Operations Diversified Analytical Services (IODAS) acquisition is to obtain comprehensive technical, analytical and operational support services required for execution of Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) mission essential tasks. This work supports USMC Operational Forces, Information Operations (IO) advocates and IO proponents and encompasses disciplines of IO development and integration, signature management, IO analysis, operational security, program management, and intelligence technical support functions. The Government requires qualified personnel to execute support services in accordance with each task description. Qualified personnel shall possess and maintain: specified security clearance, skill sets, experience, applicable professional certifications and training.
