Federal Data Systems (FedData) of Linthicum, MD announced on May 22 the appointment of Charles Bradley as chief technical officer and Jerry Hampton as recruiting director. Bradley recently retired from the National Security Agency (NSA) after serving over 35 years in a variety of technical and operational leadership roles. Hampton previously served as senior talent acquisition Lead for Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Bradley was most recently technical director of the Technology Directorate for the NSA, where he was responsible for the agency’s global operational network. His previous technical leadership assignments included the Office of Target Reconnaissance and Concealed Systems Division where he spent significant time forward-deployed in support of the agency’s mission.
“Charlie has deep expertise in the development and use of a broad range of signals intelligence collection/exploitation and information assurance capabilities, and is an accomplished senior technology leader and engineer,” said Jamie Benoit, president of FedData. “He will be an invaluable resource to me, our board and FedData as we grow our existing intelligence, technology and security capabilities.”
Hampton comes with over 25 years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience in the commercial and defense space. In his new role, he will develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy for FedData’s customer base in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. He will also implement a company referral bonus program, partnering with military transitioning bases, career hiring events, technical organizations/user groups, social media campaigns and other recruiting resources.
“I am ecstatic to have joined such a reputable company and to share recruiting best practices, strategy and vision that FedData can ultimately leverage when identifying top technical and non-technical cleared professionals for its customers,” Hampton said.
