On September 18, the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) announced that it will hold a virtual unclassified Advance Planning Brief to Industry (APBI) on Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Eastern). Responses are due by October 10.

The purpose of the APBI is to afford industry partners an opportunity to be presented with upcoming INSCOM contract opportunities executed by Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) and external contracting agencies.
The virtual APBI session consists of presentations from the Small Business Administration, PEOEIS (CHESS contracts) and INSCOM requirement sponsors providing overviews or upcoming contract opportunities. Please note that the Government will not accept capabilities statements from any vendor during this event.
