Vistronix acquires three companies, boosting its capabilities in IT systems, big data, and analytics for the IC

On December 11, Reston, VA-based Vistronix announced its acquisition of Agency Consulting Group (ACG), Objective Solutions Inc. (OSI), and ExaTech Solutions, Inc.

Founded in 2004, ACG provides highly technical solutions in the areas of cloud computing analytics, critical systems infrastructure and specialized mission solutions. ACG is a primary architect of the intelligence community’s edict to migrate applications, software and infrastructure to cloud-based, virtual environments. Today, ACG maintains one of the largest contingents of Citrix, VMWare, Linux and Solaris certified engineers within the intelligence community.

Sought after as a technology innovator across the national intelligence community, the acquisition of OSI accelerates Vistronix’s position at the forefront of cloud computing, big data and cyber operations technologies to assist intelligence and C4ISR organizations in innovating and implementing cost effective mission solutions. As a result, Vistronix will be able to deliver solutions from a broader platform, serving more clients in more markets, the company said.
