The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-79. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $25 million. The five-year ordering period includes CLINs 0001-0005.
This is solicited and will be awarded on a Full and Open Competition basis with no exclusions/set-asides. This RFP may result in a single award of a commercial, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders for the ASAE software tool integration, enterprise-wide licenses, disconnected server licenses, and annual software maintenance/assurance (see CLIN structure in ASAE RFP (1449) for more details).
