USSF posts NITE-STAR solicitation

On March 18, the U.S. Space Force issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) Innovative Technology & Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) requirement. Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. Mountain on April 17.

The purpose of this announcement is to request competitive proposals from sources capable of meeting the needs of the NITE-STAR Capability Development Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. This contract vehicle will be used to support the United States Space Force (USSF) Space System Command (SSC) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) and SYD 81 by designing, developing, integrating, testing, and sustaining advanced space-based and ground-based systems.

All Offeror proposals must be submitted no later than 1200 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) on 17 April 2026. Early submission is acceptable and encouraged. The entire proposal package must be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE to the PCO.
