U.S. Army INSCOM issues sources sought notice
On September 3, the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command issued a sources sought notice for National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Analysis, Production and Process Support.
The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is conducting market research for a potential requirement. NGIC is seeking information on potential sources who are capable of providing Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Analysis, Production and Process Support to NGIC.
This effort would require the Contractor to provide a wholly self-contained, end-to-end, Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) Intelligence Mission Data (IMD) production process using the Next Generation EWIRDB (NGES) construct and associated toolsets. Under this contract, Contractor personnel would provide expertise, analysis, production, and process support to the TechELINT/EWIR Branch (IANG-STS-TE) of the U.S. Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in every aspect of EWIR IMD and EWIR Database (EWIRDB) production.
