On February 18, the U.S. Army posted information about the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX II) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) Request for Solutions (RFS): TReXll-25-02 RED-077/078/079: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and Software Intensive Systems Test (C4T). Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on March 24.
This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the TReX II, as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that three (3) Request for Solutions (RFS) have been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for the following Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) and Software Intensive Systems Test (C4T) Prototype Projects:
TReX II-25-02 RED-077: C4T_Command and Control (C2) Analysis in Multi-Domain Environments (C2MDE)_01 – Mission Engineering for Joint and Combined Mission Threads Test and Evaluation
TReX II-25-02 RED-078: C4T_Big Data Analytics (BDA)_01 – Advanced Analytics for Multivariate Time Series, Chat, Audio, Video, and Imagery Datasets
TReX II-25-02 RED-079: C4T_Live and Simulated Environments (L/SE)_01 – High-Fidelity Modeling and Simulation for Representation of Systems, Communications, and Environments
The purpose of the TReX II is to spur innovative development, demonstration, and expedited delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness via modeling, simulation, education/training, experimental validation, and military readiness focused projects. A consortium has been established to develop prototypes directly relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of military personnel and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense (DOD), or to improvement of platforms, systems, components, or materials in use by the Armed Forces.
This RFS is issued under the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) OTA in support of the Director of the Department of Defense (DoD) Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).
Interested parties are directed to https://www.trexii.org/ to obtain information regarding this Request for Solutions. Interested parties are required to be members of the Training and Readiness Accelerator II (TReX II) in order to respond to the solicitation. Interested parties who are not members and interested in becoming members should contact TReXII@ati.org. Only members of the TReX II consortium can respond to the solicitation.
