Three intelligence organizations have produced an updated version of an unclassified assessment of ballistic and cruise missiles.
The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Missile and Space Intelligence Center and the Navy’s Office of Naval Intelligence produced the 2013 Ballistic and Cruise Missile Threat assessment. This assessment is an update to the 2009 edition of the same name.
This collaborative, unclassified assessment uses a combination of images, assessments and projections to characterize the current global ballistic and cruise missile threat environment. This product will serve as an educational communications tool as well as a method to discuss global ballistic and cruise missile threats.
