SSC releases HADES RFP

On August 5, the Space Systems Command (SSC) issued the request for proposals (RFP) for the Hybrid Architecture and Development for Experimental Systems (HADES) program. Proposals are due by 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 17.

The program is being executed by the SSC, Innovation and Prototyping Delta, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The HADES program provides support for satellite ground system and satellite operations center engineering, development, integration, and sustainment, and associated support services primarily at, but not limited to, the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Support Complex (RSC) at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The anticipated period of performance of this IDIQ includes a base period of three (3) years with four (4) option periods for one (1) year each, making a total ordering period of 7 years. The total ceiling for this contract is $300M. The Government anticipates a single award IDIQ Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract type.

Vendors are highly encouraged to register in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module. Proposal submission through PIEE is required.
