On May 15, the U.S. Navy posted a solicitation for Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) C4ISR Systems support services. Proposals are due by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on June 24.
This acquisition will support the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) International Integration Program Office (PMW 740) requirement to procure Program Management, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, and Logistics support services for its portfolio of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C4I, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) cases with an option for Communication Security (COMSEC) custodial services. PMW 740 uses FMS and other Security Cooperation processes to promote interoperability with coalition and friendly nations by procuring, integrating, testing, training, and supporting integrated C4ISR capabilities. This requirement includes In-KSA support services for current and future FMS customer requirements.
The United States (U.S.) Government (USG) and KSA have negotiated international agreements and established FMS cases to upgrade and refurbish the RSNF C4ISR Systems (herein RSNF Systems) and ancillary subsystems. The specific requirements for this RFP include Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). In order to obtain access to the full RFP, each individual who requires access to the non-public documents (including team members and subcontractors) shall submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
