On May 16, the United States Space Force (USSF) posted a sources sought notice for Elite Advisory and Assistance Services. Responses are due by 12:00 a.m. Pacific on June 2.
USSF Space Systems Command (SSC), Battle Management Command, Control, Communication, and Intelligence (BMC3I) Program Executive Office (PEO) is conducting market research to identify potential service providers capable of providing highly experienced and uniquely qualified Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS).
These “Elite A&AS” requirements focus on identifying individuals with exceptional talent and a proven track record of innovation and problem-solving within the Government acquisition industry. These individuals will provide direct support to key leadership, enhancing efficiency, bridging leadership gaps, and ensuring organizational resilience. This support will include acquisition and programmatic guidance, requiring access to highly sensitive classified information (i.e., TOP SECRET, SCI, and Tier 1 SAP) and a demonstrated ability to safeguard such information.
This RFI seeks information on available solutions that can provide candidates who demonstrate unwavering integrity and adherence to all applicable governmental and organizational regulations. They must possess a proven record as high-level executive leaders, demonstrating strong strategic decision-making, effective team management, and comprehensive organizational oversight.
Candidates should also hold relevant high-level government certifications, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development. Finally, candidates must possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively within a team environment alongside senior managerial, technical, and functional acquisition personnel.
