Small biz support services sought at National Ground Intelligence Center in Virginia

The National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville, VA, issued a solicitation notice on May 8 that seeks to identify a small business contractor which can support software engineering activities at the Center.
The support services will be oriented toward major intelligence production applications, operations and maintenance for legacy applications, and information assurance, says the notice.
The maximum ceiling for the single contract is $49 million, and the first task order period of performance is likely to begin on September 1, 2014. The indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will have a five-year ordering period, says the notice.
