Secret Service looks for an open source intelligence monitoring system
On August 5, the United States Secret Service posted the following request for information (RFI) for an open source intelligence monitoring system (Solicitation Number: HSSS01-15-R-0062).
The Government intends to award a competitive commercial fixed price type contract for data subscription services for social media content. Contract award is intended to be made by 15 September 2015. Award will be made on best value. The resulting contract will be for a base year and two one year option periods. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 922120.
Interested vendors shall email the Contract Specialist and request a copy of the solicitation. Those requesting a copy of the solicitation will be required to provide their DUNS and Cage Code numbers, interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
All questions shall be submitted in a word document by email no later than August 11, 2015 at 5:00 ET. All quotes shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed no later than August 20, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST.
