Salient Federal Solutions awarded contract by SPAWAR to provide C4ISR training services
Fairfax, VA-based Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Salient Federal-SGIS, Inc. announced on June 22 that it was awarded a prime contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) supporting the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) to provide training and support services in the United States as well as in support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This Seaport-E Task Order (TO) has a five-year period of performance and a total TO value of approximately $44 million.
Salient will provide subject matter expertise in support of RSNF Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) training initiatives. The TO scope includes: curriculum development, execution and facilitation of courses, data collection, and analysis / tracking to teach RSNF how to operate and maintain RSNF C4ISR systems. Salient will work with the RSNF in the establishment of the RSNF C4ISR Training Center in KSA.

Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This TO is funded by Saudi Arabia via the U.S. Foreign Military Sales program.
