On January 6, Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC announced the acquisition of Centil, a company recognized for its expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD product development, and space-domain systems engineering. Centil marks Sabel System’s second acquisition since its majority investment by Sagewind Capital in October 2024.
The acquisition strengthens Sabel System’s digital engineering ecosystem and expands its capability to support defense and commercial missions in space. Centil engineers and innovators bring a proven record of developing and integrating secure, scalable solutions that ensure our nation’s defense capabilities lead the charge in the rapidly evolving space environment.
