Rocket.Chat Secure CommsOS joins ICMP

Rocket.Chat announced on March 3 that Rocket.Chat Secure CommsOS has been listed in AWS Marketplace for the U.S. Intelligence Community (ICMP), making it available to U.S. federal agencies and members of the Intelligence Community.

The listing in ICMP simplifies the discovery, procurement, and deployment of Rocket.Chat for government customers operating in highly regulated and mission-critical environments. Through ICMP, authorized agencies can access solutions that meet stringent security, compliance, and operational requirements while leveraging AWS infrastructure approved for Intelligence Community workloads.

Rocket.Chat Secure CommsOS provides a unified platform for secure messaging, voice, video, AI, and mission-critical application integration. Designed for deployment in cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, the platform enables agencies to maintain full data sovereignty and operational control while ensuring secure collaboration across departments and partner organizations, the company said.

Purpose-built for high-security environments, Rocket.Chat supports end-to-end encryption, granular role-based and attribute-based access controls, federation capabilities, and advanced compliance configurations. Its open architecture allows organizations to customize workflows, integrate with existing government systems, and adapt to evolving mission requirements without vendor lock-in.

“Being listed in the ICMP represents an important milestone for Rocket.Chat. This reinforces our commitment to providing a secure, sovereign, and flexible communications platform capable of supporting the most demanding government and intelligence missions,” said Gabriel Engel, CEO at Rocket.Chat.
