RELI Group names Atul Singh CTO

On July 7, RELI Group announced the appointment of Atul Singh as chief technology officer (CTO), bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology, product strategy and engineering transformation to the organization.

Singh is a seasoned executive known for revitalizing product portfolios, modernizing legacy systems and scaling high-performing global teams across both commercial and government sectors. With a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, SaaS solutions and Agile/SAFe methodologies, he has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, boosting productivity, improving quality and reducing costs, the company said.

He has held senior leadership roles at Successware, SAIC and CGI Group, where he led enterprise-wide modernization efforts, stood up global engineering teams of more than 2,000 professionals, and directed technology portfolios generating up to $500 million in annual revenue.

In his role as CTO, Singh will lead RELI’s technology vision, overseeing enterprise architecture, engineering excellence and innovation initiatives that drive customer impact. His collaborative, data-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement align with RELI’s mission to deliver mission-critical solutions that improve the health, safety and security of the American public.
