On April 9, RealmOne, a provider of advanced technology services and solutions focused on cybersecurity, intelligence collection and analysis, data science and advanced analytics, and hyper-automation for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), announced that it has acquired Torin Consulting, a provider of operations support and software development solutions dedicated to ensuring IC mission success. RealmOne is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
The addition of Torin adds to RealmOne’s momentum and growth trajectory, strengthening the company’s position as one of the largest middle-market technology solution providers supporting the IC and DoD, with over $2 billion in recent prime contract awards and approximately 1,000 employees and teammates advancing vital national security objectives.
