NSIC seeks public speaking training support

On March 22, the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) issued a request for quotations (RFQ) for public speaking skills training. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern on April 5.

NSIC is the United States Space Force (USSF) and Department of Defense’s (DoD) center for intelligence of foreign space and counterspace capabilities at Wright Patterson Air Force Base has a requirement for workforce training offerings relating to the professional development and refinement of presentation, public speaking, and strategic messaging skills.

This training effort shall be offered in multiple identical sessions over a six-to-nine-month period to accommodate reasonable class sizes and to facilitate focused instructor feedback within a small group setting. An NSIC Action Officer will be identified at time of contract award and shall have final approval on all planning decision milestones. The contractor shall designate a dedicated point of contact at time of contract award to appropriately begin planning coordination and actions with NSIC’s designated Action Officer.
