NRO wll host information technology planning conference in Virginia on Oct.29-30
The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) is hosting its 4th annual Information Technology Planning Conference (ITPC) and Technology Exposition in Chantilly, VA on October 29 and 30, 2014.
The NRO ITPC is an annual event designed for the collection of user needs and gaps and offers a venue for informal dialogue between NRO directorates and offices (D & O) and CIO architecture and sub-portfolio managers responsible for delivering IT capability to the field.
The conference is a two-day event with perspectives on architecture and current portfolio management planning, followed by the delivery and discussion of D& O IT capability gaps and opportunities. Outputs from this conference are formally captured for potential architecture updates and roadmap modifications.
The NRO ITPC will also feature a technology exposition exhibiting the latest technologies, including innovative solutions, enterprise network infrastructure, cyber security, desktop services, cloud computing and so much more.
Government and industry participants from the NRO IT workforce and the Intelligence Community are encouraged to attend this event.
