NGIC posts NESSI RFI

On January 8, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) posted a Request for Information for NGIC Enterprise Software Services for Intelligence (NESSI). Responses are due no later than February 1.

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is seeking information from any qualified vendor who can perform the services found in the attached draft PWS for NGIC Enterprise Software Services for Intelligence (NESSI) and also have a current Top Secret Facility Clearance (see the attached draft DD254 for required security clearance requirements). The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain capability information from a current contractor who can provide the requirements found in the draft PWS and draft DD254.

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is conducting market research for a potential requirement. NGIC is seeking information on potential sources who are capable of providing secure software development, data science, data engineering services to Army, DoD, and IC projects that support and enable intelligence analysts. NGIC IT is transitioning from legacy development approaches and monolithic systems management to Development Security and Operations (DevSecOps [DSO]) practices. The NGIC requires solutions that address innovation and agility in the delivery of high-quality software, applications, and systems for the modernized environment.

The government anticipates issuing a Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with ability to issue Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price Task Orders. The IDIQ will have a five (5) year ordering period.
