NGA updates ODIN III

On April 22, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) released additional information about the Operations, Development and Innovation (ODIN III) request for information (RFI). Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on April 30.

NGA is conducting market research for a future contract called ODIN III.  ODIN III will be for the development and deployment of software and is estimated to be a base plus four option year for approximately $50M with an award date of 3/26/2026.

The NGA GeoCapabilities Division (TEGG) is seeking information on how an interested and qualified contractor could provide technical expertise to enable and expand open-source capabilities to support mission requirements in the following areas: GEOINT Processing and Dissemination, Foreign Partner Sharing, Humanitarian Assistance, Disaster Response, Law Enforcement Support and GEOINT AI development and deployment.

ODIN II currently houses the following capabilities: Open Street Map (OSM), Mage, MapCache, Marlin, QGIS, and Ronin. ODIN II provides core services that facilitate access to GEOINT data and products in an on-line, on-demand, and geospatially relevant environment to the NSG, ASG, and other Federal Government agencies.

The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information from Industry on the availability of qualified vendors who can meet or exceed the items discussed in this RFI. Interested vendors choosing to respond to this RFI must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their ability to meet the minimum of what is discussed in this RFI. Responses will be used to determine the feasibility of the requirements, market capabilities in meeting these requirements, and may assist in developing the Government’s acquisition strategy.

Review the NGA ODIN III RFI.
